I can’t sign in / I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We’ll email a reset link to the address on your account. If you no longer have access to that email, write to support@commuguard.co.za from any address and include your full name and phone number so we can verify you.
How do I stop notifications?
Open Profile → Notifications in the app to mute specific channels (notices, incidents, messages). You can also disable all notifications in your device settings.
How do I delete my account?

I received a notice I don’t agree with — what can I do?
Reply to the notice in the app to contact the authority who sent it (councillor, body corporate, municipality or SAPS user). CommuGuard is a delivery platform and does not author authority notices.
I think someone is abusing the app.
Tap the Report icon next to the offending post, or email support@commuguard.co.za with the user’s name, the community and a description of what happened. We review reports promptly.
